Almost time to destroy myself doing cardio :DDD

Yesterday was arms and abs day, I’m so happy I’m actually sore :’)
I have a few more weeks before the wedding I have to go to and prom so I need to look good. mainly my arms and my waist so my dress will fucking fit -__-
I’m finally, after so long, starting to see progress with my tummy.
I’ve been eating better, drinking more water, and doing more cardio xD
today I looked in the mirror shirtless and actually noticed my “Abs” starting to form so I rewarded myself with an ab workout followed by an hour of cardio :)
like that will give you ideas of what to eat or help you keep track of what you eat and stuff.
I used to have one but Idr the name of it :(
I binged so bad after my run …I was so disgusted with myself that I made myself throw it up…ugh I can’t make this a habit…again..
I packed some cut up strawberries with a bit of nutella and an apple as snacks for work to avoid the evil vending machine filled with crap that I love (hate) so much. I’m getting better at eating healthier I can still have a small treat like nutella but without over endludging which is wonderful because I really need to reach my goal!
today I wasn’t sore at all from the gym yesterday so I decided to have a mini workout today.
I switched between jump roping and hula hooping followed by a few planks
then did a few sets of bulgarian lunges and regular lunges and then some crunches.
my food for today: I had a banana and a protein shake then some chicken for lunch and recently had some strawberries and in an hour I’ll eat my apple :)
I have to plan ahead what I’m going to eat the day before so that I won’t over eat. if it’s not on the list then it’s not going in my tummy. food is fuel not fun.
this is the only way I’m going to get that flat tummy I’m dying for.
